Introducing That Time of The Month and Beyond Herbal Tincture. This tincture was formulated to help address many of the symptoms the folks with menstrual cycles to deal with. Including but not limited to PMS, PMDD, PCOS, menopausal symptoms.

That's why we've included Vitex Berries, Black Cohosh, St. John's Wort, Gotu Kola and Licorice Roots—all natural ingredients that help relieve this symptoms naturally.

Take two droppers full, twice a day. Can be mixed in with smoothies, juices or in yogurt.

  • Suggested Use

    If you're allergic to any of the ingredients, do not consume. Start off with half the dose for the first 3 days. Tinctures should not be consumed for long periods of time due to their potency. Do not consume for more than 4 weeks. Take a two week break before starting up again.
