Founder & CEO Roz still remembers the first time they held an amethyst and felt its gentle hum. That single moment, nearly 25 years ago, sparked a lifelong journey with the magic of earth and spirit, a journey that eventually blossomed into Luna Jars Apothecary. Born under the Pisces Full Moon in 2020, Luna Jars was created as a heartfelt offering for those seeking to reconnect with their inner magic.

 

Roz grew up in a Dominican spiritual home, surrounded by prayer, candles, and ancestral practices that shaped how they see and feel energy. When they first discovered New Age spirituality, it felt both familiar and foreign but they were instantly drawn to its depth. Over time, Roz noticed how many people longed to explore spirituality but felt overwhelmed by information and unsure where to begin. From that need, Luna Jar Spell Boxes were born, simple, intentional tools to help build your practice with ease and joy. Each box is a doorway into ritual, designed to support your full and new moon magic.

As Luna Jars grew, so did our offerings. Roz became deeply inspired by the wisdom of herbs, their power to heal both body and spirit, and launched Luna Jar Herbs, a line of smokable blends crafted for balance, release, and rest. Soon after came our natural skincare and candle collections, merging the art of self-care with the magic of intentional creation.
